Product Size: For Most 16″ hand impulse sealer. Please check the size carefully before purchase, make sure that the size of your sealing machine replacement part is consistent with the product size! The spare impulse sealer replacement part approx. 45.3cm in length and 3mm in width, Hole diameter for fixing approx. 4mm.
Package contents: 10 pieces heating elements and 10 pieces Teflon heat-resisting fabric and there is a 16.4 feet Teflon heat resistant cloth strip(38mm Wide. Can be cut to the desired length), this is sufficient to meet your long-term requirement needs.
When in use, if the Teflon cloth strip on the surface of the equipment is broken, only the Teflon heat-resistant cloth on the surface needs to be replaced, only if the seal is not perfect or the heating wire is broken do you need to replace both the heating wire and the Teflon heat-resistant cloth strip at the same time.
NOTE: Power must be disconnected for replacement. For better sealing effect, adjust the heating wire to the center position of the insulation strip when installing.

Perfect fit for my Harvest Right sealer. Be careful to get an exact measurement of your heating element. Both the width and length must mach. These worked perfectly for me

NOT 8 INCHES!
Measures 9.5 inches from circle tip to tip, and 8.5 inches from the inside of the tips. Photo with correct part for the machine which IS 8 inches from inside of the tips for comparison.

HR-IS-110 replacement!!! Finally after a long search for a replacement element for a seeming discontinued and unsupported harvest right impulse sealer I found it. This package contains 6 elements and 6 precut Teflon strips along with a roll of replacement Teflon. What a deal… my life is complete now. Thankyou

not super long lasting but also inexpensive – a decent trade off
I liked these. I was using a uline 12 inch heat sealer sealing bulk plastic bags. The metal holds up fine but the teflon over coating seems to burn through at the two ends. It is easy enough to replace the teflon tape with replacement from the roll and I like the ability to cut the tape off the roll slightly longer than factory for a custom fit. The tape doesnt last particularly long but it was inexpensive and in a package of parts. I was happy with the purchase.

Wider nylon strips would be better.
The teflon strips are slightly too narrow to work well with my Heat Sealer. That is, the metal channels that are supposed to clamp the nylon don’t have much to grab onto and the nylon strip is not secured firmly, allowing it to move & become wrinkled & lumpy.

A little long but is working.
Didn’t quite fit my sealer ROMECH 8″…it was a bit too long about 1/8th inch but it is working. I thought I measured correctly…I like the wider strip for sealing bags. It would be ideal if the sealers came with various sized strips for sealing!
