The base is made by bending and welding sheet metal, and reinforced welding is added at the bottom, equipped with anti slip foot pads. The Z-axis is a widened 2040 aluminum profile, which provides sufficient strength when the structure is pressed down. Three large V-shaped pulleys are tightly matched with the 2040 aluminum profile, and only one V-shaped pulley needs to be adjusted to clamp the aluminum profile. The metal tension spring can be used repeatedly without deformation, and it is easier to adjust the insertion height by hand tightening the nut
The digital soldering iron supports automatic voltage conversion of 110V/220V. Long press the # switch, with a temperature range of 180 ℃ (356 ℉) -500 ℃ (932 ℉). Long press the+- button to continuously adjust the temperature, and comes with a soldering iron tip and silicone protective cover

Exceeded Expectations – Excellent Quality and Value!
I was blown away by the quality of this 3DZWMAN Vertical Heat Pressing Machine! The build feels solid and durable, and it performs with precision every time. I’ve used it for a variety of brass inserts (M2 through M8), and the heat set process is smooth and consistent across the board. You definitely get more than your money’s worth with this set — it includes everything you need and then some. The range of tips and inserts makes it super versatile for different 3D printing projects. Setup was simple, and it heats quickly without overheating. If you do any amount of 3D printing and want clean, reliable threaded inserts, this is a must-have tool. Highly recommend!

Great machine
Works wonderfully, assembly was a little confusing. The steps are listed on the store page and come printed in the box, take note that they look like1,2,36,5,4This threw me a bit. It also came with an extra M5/Tnut which I was confused on what step I missed. Otherwise, this seems like a well machined piece of equipment, and I believe it’ll last a long time. The included iron heats up incredibly quickly and has temperature control that my other soldering irons don’t – helps to create as little smoke as possible. It’s super easy to get straight presses now, in a consistent manner. I was able to press several in a row without tons of re-heat time in between. It’s light, but also has some weight which makes pressing a breeze. It comes with the tools you need to assemble as well, so it’s a full kit. The best part is that it also includes the heat insert tips! If I had realized, I could’ve saved some money on a different set I bought. However, the tips I bought fit this iron as well, so I’m not out anything. Finally, it came with a plastic cap piece that’s not in the instructions; it goes on top of the vertical tower to cover the exposed aluminum and give it a finished look.Great price, great tool. Would definitely recommend and would buy again if needed.

Well worth the money
This does a great job of setting heat-set inserts into our 3D prints. Overall assembly was straight forward. It is not as rigid as I would prefer but that said, it is rigid enough. There is a slight deflection has you push down, causing a very slight loss of perpendicularity. It is not enough to cause a bad insertion, but I would have preferred it to remain square. Understand that for the money, this is still more than worth the cost. The iron works great and heats up quickly. This is a great addition to your 3D printing setup if you are making functional parts that require real metal threads.

Sturdy, Efficient Kit
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Well built, super sturdy and easy to put together. The entire set makes it so much easy to get a good heat press for the fittings into my 3d printed cases. The hot end end is adjustable and super fast to heat up. Beats the heck out of just using a solder iron.

Very good, basic heat insert press
This works well to insert brass threads into 3D printed projects. The solder iron has a digital readout for accurate temperature settings and the machine keeps the inserts square when using.

Takes some practice to use on 3D printed parts, but this tool makes it work perfectly
I had a very specific need to make a mount for a laser pointer for a Science Olympiad laser shoot board, and these worked perfectly on 3D printed materials. You need to print some test pieces with different hole sizes and practice, but once you have it down, this tool makes installing threaded inserts a breeze. When you need to create something on your 3D printer that can be disassembled and reassembled, this is a great tool to use.

Way better than expected. Excellent construction and design.
Very sturdy design, nice instructions and very very functional. Heats up quickly and allows you to seat the brass fittings quickly.

Someone’s high school project
The way this thing is engineered is like someone was told to make it as a project in high school. You can just tell from the assembly instructions which are very poor and how the unit operates. The assembly works with manual adjustments of the screws and is not precise when pulling down there is a spring that is attached by two turn knobs that fit into a slide just very poorly designed if you want to make sure that your insects are accurately pushed into the plastic. It’s a solidly built unit, it’s well worth the money. It has digital heat settings that give just the right amount of heat. They included a soldering tip along with the brass insert tips.

A parte estan robustas.

As not been used yet. It will soon. Firts look, fine thing. Son happy. Hopefully, it will work great fornits purpose.
