  1. Denice

Works well to keep knots from forming when using long threads.
Helps keep my sewing thread from knotting up when I’m hemming or taking in clothes to fit better. That has been my major frustration with hand work.

  2. Lynne

    happy
On time, just what I needed. Works well. Thank you.

  3. Amazon Customer

    Works goid
Works good. Thread glides, not raveling.

  4. Teresa Rehbein

    Quality
Good quality, but the top doesn’t stay snapped shut. The wax works great to make sewing thread more stable.

  5. Tribblina

    Great price.
They work and you can’t beat the price.

  6. Maura Enright

    Hurray for wax thread conditioner.
My favorite thread conditioner went off the market so I’m back to this type of wax which, hey, works well. I always used yellow before, but this white wax is awesome.

  7. GRETA G.

    Not effective
My beeswax thread conditioner became too crumbly to manage after about sixty years! It was orange, a color which indicates more “impurities” such as pollen. So I ordered these almost white ones to try. Unfortunately I’ve now ordered another brand w orange coloring to replace these. The lighter colored wax had almost no effect on my thread. And the disc is much smaller than its container so less wax can be accessed.I’m hoping my replacement order will have the presence and texture of the one I used since I began sewing.I have two of these now which I consider unusable. Maybe a pair being sold together is a warning that they don’t last?

  8. Merriweather Gertrude

    Easy to use
I’m a quilter and always finish tacking the binding down by hand and this really makes that job easier. Easy to use. Thread glides through fabric when hand sewing and doesn’t knot.

  9. Sheri Butt

I didn’t realize how much I needed this product until I tried it. I started restringing my pearl necklace and the silk thread knotting on me and I’d have keep starting over. The wax made the thread much easier to work with
