Reliable PLA Filament with Excellent Print Quality
This 1kg spool of PLA filament has been a dependable choice for my 3D printing projects. The diameter is consistent throughout the roll, which results in smooth feeding and clean, accurate prints. I’ve had no issues with tangling, and the filament loads easily into my printer without jams.The prints come out with sharp details, strong layer adhesion, and a smooth finish. It works well at standard PLA temperatures, and I’ve noticed very little warping even on larger models. I received a replacement roll that is of a much better quality than the previous batch and I am not seeing the inconsistent waves that I saw in the other batch. This is a very good quality roll and is working well for my prints as I have been using it for several of my larger models and am not updating this review. Very happy.(Super disappointed with this roll. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt by using some up and hoping it would get better father in to the roll. this filament is permanently twisted and will not straighten out. Smells like it’s contaminated with water. Extremely poor quality that I cannot recommend.)

Nice bright orange
Anycubic is one of my favorite printer manufacturers – four of my 10 printers are made by Anycubic – primarily because of their excellent support, and reasonable prices. Their PLA is quickly becoming one of my favorite filaments. The print quality is excellent using the Anycubic filament profiles in OrcaSlicer, the colors are usually spot on, and the price is hard to beat. This orange is nice and bright – not quite fluorescent, but not a dull pumpkin color, either, and I love it. It’s almost exactly the same color as the orange print head cable on my Kobra 3 V2, so naturally I used it to print some mods for that printer. Layer adhesion is excellent and I had no stringing or warping, even on the large purge bin. Very happy with this PLA, and will certainly buy more.

Spool Keeps Jamming – update
I own two AnyCubic resin printers and have enjoyed working with these printers immensely, so when given the opportunity to purchase AnyCubic Filament that was on sale to use in my Bambu FDM printer I did not hesitate to make the purchase. Based on my past experience with AnyCubic’s printers and resin I was anticipating a flawless experience, however that was not the case. I purchased the PLA White filament and to its credit the filament had a nice finish for PlA when it was printed however getting it to actually print was extremely frustrating. I am not sure if this particular problem was an isolated issue or if any spool from this particular manufacture would provide this amount of frustration as I experienced in this case. During one print the printer was forced to stop printing on numerous occasions and indicated that the filament could not be fed through the extruder. Each time it was found that the filament was being pinched between itself and the side of the cardboard spool causing the printer to stop since tension was detected pulling the filament. As such I was forced to constantly ensure the filament was no longer pinched on the inside of the spool before printing could resume. I have used many brands of filament with my printer and have not experienced any issues with any other brand used in past. Hopefully this is an isolated incident but I am hesitant to purchase this brand filament again due to the constant problem I had with this spool.Update:AnyCubic’s customer service was very responsive when I experienced problems. I was offered the opportunity to receive a refund on the spool that provided me problems and caused failures with my print or order another spool with a refund to ascertain for myself that the problem I experienced was an isolated issue.I opted to provide AnyCubic another chance since I have had so much positive success with their other products. Upon receiving an additional filament spool of the same previous color I used it to print the same files I attempted earlier.I am pleased to say that the new spool worked perfectly and did not have the same binding issues as the previous spool I used. The printer was able to feed the filament flawlessly and the prints came out beautiful. I can only assume that the previous problems I encountered were an isolated issue and AnyCubic, after receiving the lot number for the previous product, advised they would provide this information to their quality control team.Thank you AnyCubic for your quick response and attention to this matter.

H2D – it Prints good when cold, but not warm/Hot weather
UPDATE: Critical n00b mistake made it impossible to use. mistake fixed, filament prints really good.H2D, no upgrades or mods. Door left open. – This filament has been nothing but issues jamming in the extruder. “extruder motor overloaded”. i bump up the Aux fan, sometimes it works. ambient temp is 90 – 100F. maybe im missing something? other than that, the filament prints good right out of the package, no drying. (humidity is in the 30% range)

Don’t let the cheap price fool you into thinking this PLA sucks. It’s by far the best PLA I’ve bought. Super reliable, doesn’t kill the wallet and my go to when I need some filament sooner rather than later.

Not a good start.
I’m having trouble with this filament. Sometimes it just won’t adhere to the bed, and other times it strings out and sometimes both. I’m using a Bamboo P1S and have no issues with other branded filament.Edit: The company was quick to send a free replacement and it was great this time around.

Le PLA malgré la colle se décolle systématiquement au bout de 5 mm😤Pire j’ai lancé une impression et suis revenu 15 minutes plus tard pour me rendre compte la pièce décollée empêchait le filament de se déposé sur la plaque et est remonté dans l’extrudeur : résultat un extrudeur HS plein de PLA sec. J’ai tenté avec un fer à souder de tout faire fondre sauf que le fil du capteur de température s’est cassé 😱😡J’en suis de 20€.Ça m’apprendra à tester une autre marque sur ma neptune 4 max !
