This blanket’s current price point ($12.99) is excellent for the quality received. It is large enough for 5 children, or 2 adults and one child comfortably. The Yellow color is less vibrant than the product listing photo, which I like. I would purchase another for a family member

Soft & Sand Resistant
Bought and tried several of these blankets for the beach. This one is soft and a little quilted, has a sand resistant side, and folds up into a carry bag with handle. It is pretty hard to fold by yourself and especially if it’s windy, but once you get it folded it’s great. Wish there were more colors to choose from but overall this was the style of beach blanket we ended up keeping.

Really Nice! Foldable Picnic Blanket
Some guys are not picnic guys. Some guys are BBQs and baseball guys. I’m definitely a go out to an outside concert and have a picnic kinda guy. This is padded just enough to not feel little rocks under you at the park kinda blanket. It’s plastic so I wouldn’t use this at the beach on a hot sunny day. But it’s big enough for two, a cooler and a basket of food. The great thing about this is that it is nice and light, has a handle, and folds up easily. I mean even a drunk guy could fold it and velcro it shut, it’s that intuitive.

I have my new sheet / blanket thing for when I go to the beach! This is nice quality. Normally, when i go to the beach or any sort of picnic situation, i bring a sheet or a blanket, which winds up trapping the sand or having some grass stick to it. Both sides of this blanket have a smooth, slick texture that is waterproof and not scratchy! Any sand, grass will slide right off. This is large, 2 people can easily lie down on this or use it all for yourself if you want!When you are done using it, you can fold it up and attach the velcro closure to close it however, I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because of this velcro closure. It should be vertically placed instead of horizontal. If you don’t fold it up perfectly, you can’t stretch the blanket closed to meet the velcro piece and the velcro will not attach. Look at my pix, otherwise good blanket.

This is one of the thinnest picnic blankets we have. I guess depending on the purpose, that’s still ok. It doesn’t fold down as compact as our tarp that’s the same size, and is only marginally thicker than it, so I’m not sure how I feel about it.It’s definitely more compact than our nicer better padded blankets, so I guess if you want more than a single tarp sheet, this is ok, but frankly I’d either go with the single tarp sheet for beaches, or the thicker picnic blankets for general purpose and camping.This isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely thinner yet also not as compact as the competition.If you want something that’s a compromise of both worlds, get this. Compact
This is going to be my picnic blanket to keep in my car for when we go to the park with the kids! It folds up nice and the Velcro keeps it together super well. I just wish it was a little heavier because it blows around if there is wind but then it couldn’t be so compact!

Love this blanket
I like to keep an emergency picnic blanket in my car for spontaneous occasions at the park. We live by a big park in the city and they will have movies, plays, symphonies, festivals, etc and sometimes I won’t even know until I show up then wish I had a blanket! This is that easy emergency picnic blanket. One side is a silver plastic so if the grass is wet no worries. The cottony side is soft. The blanket is thinner than a quilt or big bulky blanket but I don’t mind that and think it’s actually a credit to the blanket. It’s easy to carry, easy to fold, easy to set up . I can’t wait to use this blanket!
