B. How to do it ?
1. Clean surface – prepare your target surface clean and dry, the smoother the surface the easier it is to transfer the vinyl.
2. Design with cutter – put in a cutting mat that has a sticky back and comes with a backing paper that protects the sticky surface of the carpet.
3. Weed excess vinyl – leave the letters / graphics on the sheet (clock tool works well).
4. Apply the transfer paper – carefully apply a transfer tape to the surface of the cut vinyl.
5. Use a scraper over the design and make sure that the transfer tape adheres to the vinyl nicely and tightly.
6. Attach it to the new clean and dry flat surface slowly – work carefully with delicate patterns.
7. Remove transfer paper – rub the clear tape gently from the center out to secure the vinyl.

This is NOT heat transfer vinyl / non-printable vinyl / does not work with inkjet or laser printers. Note that the colors look slightly different on computer screens.
