No rolling or riding up!!
At 5’2” 138lbs. The M fit perfectly! The soft waistband stays in place during an hour of cardio and weights and continues to take me through another hour of yoga without riding up or rolling at the waist! Super happy and bought several colors!

Good quality, love the pocket, fits my iPhone. Interior short is longer than outer running short by a few inches but its good for running and working out.

Graduation Attire Hack
Daughter used these shorts under her dress for graduation to keep her phone. The students couldn’t carry their phones in their hands.She’s a 11bs and 5’6”. They were secure and the shorts didn’t show.

Love these shorts!! The waist band is higher, which is what I like. The liner shorts are not very tight nor compressive. Lots of color options. I really appreciate the right hip pocket. Wish there was one on the left side as well.

Phone isn’t going to stay put..it’s really not
I bought 2 pair of these at different times (not realizing I had already tried them out). They are comfortable and as far as every day active wear I like them. But I specifically bought them based on reviews that your phone would stay put and not fly out during exercise, specifically running. The inner shorts are not true compression and they stretch out with wear. Attempting to run at an easy pace (i have been running for many years) of 8 or 9 min a mile my phone falls out. And at faster paces of 6 to 7 min per mile, or shorter faster intervals the phone also of course does not stay put. So im not sure how these people are doing head stands and inverted push ups and running without that happening.

exactly what I was looking for
I had been on the hunt for running shorts that I could carry my phone in similar to my running leggings. The pocket is large enough to securely hold my Pixel 9. I initially ordered size M, as that’s what Amazon recommended and my usual size. (for reference, I’m 5’4″ and 122 lbs) However, those felt a tad loose, especially the inner layer on my thighs. But nothing was riding up or falling down during my run, which was great. I then ordered a size S and that feels a bit better on the initial try on, although I haven’t run with them yet. Note that the inner shorts are not a compression short. Even the smaller size still isn’t very snug and I have pretty decent size thighs. If you have skinny legs, these might not work for you if you’re looking for something form fitting. I suspect they will probably loosen more over time and I’m not sure how they’ll hold up long term. I got these on sale, I’m not sure the quality is there to justify paying full price but if they go on sale again, I’ll probably pick up a few more colors.

The bottom spandex layer is soft and comfortable, but the top layer fits small and sits tight. The top layer of fabric does not sit nicely like shown in the photo.
