Spin
Place foam tiles on the floor. Whoever is the “spinner” shouts “THE FLOOR IS LAVA!” and everyone else rushes to stand on any tile. The “spinner” then spins to determine the “safe color.”
Move
The “spinner” calls out the “safe color” that the spinner landed on. Players must then jump to a tile of that color.
Remove a Tile
Whoever is last to reach a tile has their original tile removed by the “spinner.”
Play to Win!
If you step in the lava, you are out! To win, be the last player standing!

The Floor is Lava! by Endless Games is an absolute blast! It took a classic childhood game and turned it into something even more fun, active, and creative. The colored foam tiles are sturdy, vibrant, and easy to set up, and the spinner keeps the game exciting and unpredictable. My kids couldn’t stop laughing, jumping, and strategizing. Even the adults got roped in and had a great time (and maybe a little workout). It’s simple enough for young kids to play, but still entertaining for older ones too.Perfect for rainy days, family nights, or burning off energy indoors. Definitely one of our favorite purchases!

Perfect Gift!
Perfect gift for kids! My son loves all things “floor is lava” so I figured I’d get this for him for his 4th birthday. He LOVES it! Super easy for him to understand, plus he’s willing to be the only player which gives parents a chance to sit down and rest while still playing! I definitely recommend buying this if you’re on the fence!
I am a pediatric OT and like to try out different kinds of putty’s. This one was far too sticky to be functional….spent over 20 minutes trying to get it off of hands and the little manipulatives. Would not recommend this product. –
Super adaptable and fun
I am a pediatric occupational therapist and bought this game for my work. It is really motivating for a lot of my kids and I can modify and adapt the gameplay very easily to suit their needs and interests.feet. I enjoy the challenges on the cards and think they are a good mix of easy and hard. The only negatives I’d mention is that it is difficult to maneuver carrying around the spinner and game cards during gameplay (while balancing on stones), and some of the foam stones are very small, even for small feet. Overall, very entertaining and adaptable game at a great value.

Excellent Family Game!!!
This is such a great game/activity for the whole family. My kids have had so much fun playing this since “the floor is lava” became a thing. The different colored thin foam squares and rectangles and squares can be spread out wherever. Then you spin the spinner and hop to whatever color pieces it tells you. If the piece you step on has a “?” on it then you pull a card and do the fun thing it says. It’s a lot of fun!!! My husband and I mostly facilitate and our kids hop around between all the pieces. Just purchased this game as a gift since my kids love it so much. I highly recommend the game!!!

Kid loved it; I thought it was lame.
Cute game, 4.5 yr old loved it. I thought the floor tiles are pretty lame being such thin foam, slips on hardwood floors, many are too small to stand on even for a young child, and game rules are kind of stupid. Challenge cards are also mostly lame. Easy enough to make up your own rules and challenges, I guess.

Lo compramos para regalo para un niño de 5 años, y la verdad que es un éxito rotundo. Vienen bastantes piezas de colores para colocar en el suelo, la ruleta para los colores, y un paquete de cartas con los retos a realizar (bastante sencillos para niños pequeños), si se cae en las casillas de los interrogantes. Las instrucciones son claras y se pasa un rato divertido con niños pequeños. Buen juego y bastante entretenido

Oh my gosh this is so much fun! The kids love playing this game, I hide some gems and treats around the room as well and they have to find them on route without falling into the lava! Keeps them amused for ages.
