【Tips】We take great care to minimize warping before shipping. Despite this, warping can occur. If you encounter a warped board, it is often possible to fix it. Here’s a simple method: Spray both sides of the board with water or wipe it down with a damp cloth. Lay the board on a flat surface and weigh it down with a heavy object. Allow it to flatten for several hours to a day.

Mostly good wood
I bought this set with the intention of using it for laser engraving projects, and while it mostly delivered, there were a few issues. The boards are a nice size and the wood quality feels decent, but unfortunately some of them arrived warped, which made it tricky to get clean, consistent results with the laser. Uneven surfaces can throw off alignment and focus, so it took extra effort to work around that.That said, the majority of the boards were usable, and for the price, it’s still a solid deal. If you’re doing casual crafting or don’t need perfect flatness, this set could work well. Just be prepared to sort through and pick the best ones for precision work.Giving it 4 stars—good value, but not flawless.

6mm Walnut
Shipped fast. Worked great for laser cutting and engraving some desk signs I was making. The walnut looks great, all pieces were flat with no warping.

Sorry to say these nice looking panels warped drastically
These looked beautiful in the air tight plastic wrap. However, they warped drastically within hours of opening the plastic. Clearly, they weren’t dried sufficiently during processing. I was able to press them between metal plates and dry them thoroughly in an oven which straightened them out, but that not something you should ever have to do.

These are really pretty dark walnut sheets. Cuts great!
I ordered these to have stock on hand and they are a great size of 12 x 18, and 1/8 inch or 3mm thick. I use these for making items with the laser and they cut really well. I did not have any issues with glue spots or anything in the wood and I was cutting some really thin lines and they held up nicely. They seemed to be really good quality sheets. The price was really good for this size of sheet and you I got a 4 pack. I definitely recommend and will buy again.

Excellent quality ,No warping
Bought this to use with my xTool D1 pro laser. I’ve purchased several packs of 12×12 basswood from different suppliers on Amazon, and this product was very high quality, NONE of the pieces were scarred, or had any warping, they cut beautifully, and produced beautiful results. Which also means no waste, so a great value for my money, I will definitely order again. Highly recommend!
