The strip was exceedingly simple to install, thanks to a strong adhesive strip that stuck to our wall above the kitchen counter and has held up well so far. It’s a lovely piece, looks nice, and holds our knife in place.

This Magnetic Knife Strip is wonderful. The curved shape, the grain of the wood, the color of the stain and the HOSHANHO stamp in the lower right corner all give this magnetic strip a really nice quality.The magnet itself is surprisingly strong. The knives themselves are definitely drawn to it as soon as they get near it.We used the sticky strip that came with it to attach it on the side of a cupboard above the sink and it is a solid mount. We got the 10″ length and have a 3 pc. chef set of knives on it and I’m sure we can fit a couple more. Highly recommend this product.

Knife Mag Strip
Looks great in my kitchen. I ended up getting the 10 inch magnetic strip only because I have 4 kitchen knives. The magnetic strip is very good and the knives seem to holding up good. There are signs of the strip loosing its magnetic strength so you will get some good knife safety if your knives are not too heavy. I used the double sided strip that the product came with, seems to be holding on to the wall very well, it feels very sturdy.

This magnetic strip is a beast! Before I attached to my wall, I just held my knives to the strip still in it’s packaging and they clung to the strip. Its a good looking magnetic knife strip, i wanted dark walnut and this was the closet I could find. It was nice that Hoshanho had a variety of stains to chose. My utility knife weighs 11.8oz the chefs knife and bread knife each weigh 10oz and the smaller one is barely 5oz but the magnetic strip holds them with ease. I added another chefs knife that is 8.8 oz along with the other 4 and they all stayed on the strip. I can take them on and off with ease. The strip does not move at all. I gave 4 stars bc I did not receive any screws, wasn’t going to use them anyway, but if the item comes with screws they should be in the package. The adhesive strips provided felt light and weak, I wasn’t even going to waste my time with those. I bought Command strips for 20lb picture frames that I’ve used before and know they hold heavier items. I used 3 Command strips, left them on for 24hrs and they hold my knives with ease. I know some ppl complained about the magnetic strip moving when removing a knife, with the command strips the magnetic strip doesnt budget at all. To be fair, if i could give 4 1/2 stars I would. I’ve had my knives up for 2 wks now and no change. Oh, and the price makes this a no-brainer.

Very pleased with this! I was surprised at how heavy it was, really substantial. The wood looks fantastic and the magnet is strong! I put it up with the 3m strips provided and I was really pleased with them including larger sizes and more than needed. I will probably buy more, for me and as gifts for some friends.

We had 2 of these in our previous house and they are great and look nice depending on your cutlery. The magnet is very strong. My concern for other people is please measure the place you want to install this as most others are much longer and would not have fit on my cupboards.
