We ordered the 16×24 dual pneumatic press. Within a few days Daniel reached out to prepare us for the delivery and sent several videos so we were prepared for the install.The stand…straight forward and simple to assemble.The press itself is all one piece. It is heavy and took two men to lift while I held the stand in place to get it in its final position.Powered up fine…we initially could not get the platens to go into their pressing position in manual or auto…5:30 am overseas and Daniel was prompt to respond and led is in the right direction…2 bolts, nuts and screws had wiggled loose and were still in the shipping crate. Once we located and installed those where the trigger the press platens everything worked like a charm.Extra replacement parts were also sent for future use.Very impressed! Made quick work of a job we needed to get out today.

A game changer!
I don’t always leave reviews but this press has been a game changer for my wife’s business. She is disabled and uses a manual wheelchair so preserving her back and shoulders is very important as she relies on her upper body for everything. This press has helped her do twice the work in half the time with very minimal effort . Customer service was top notch from start to finish , we love that Daniel our rep has reached out to check in on several occasions. The machine looked intimidating compared to our old press, but was pretty simple to learn . We did have an electrician come out to run a separate line for it. That may or may not be necessary for you but keep it in mind when purchasing. Our only regret was not purchasing sooner !
