Not a good puzzle
Bought this puzzle for a party to keep kids entertained. Decided to put it together to see how much space it would take on the table. It turned out to be a very difficult puzzle – not because I’m terrible at puzzles, but because of the way it’s made.The photo is somewhat blurry or fuzzy’ish and the pieces all fit together so it’s VERY difficult to actually see if you put something in the wrong place. It doesn’t snap together well like a good quality puzzle.Definitely DO NOT recommend wasting your money on this one.

Not a Family Friendly Puzzle
I’ve got a lot to comment on but some of you will just want the basics and not the saga.Issues:Color is not as bright as expected.Every piece is identical.I often have to refer to the back to verify the fit.Pieces don’t solidly lock together.My family isn’t having fun doing it with me.Saga:I bought this puzzle last year, 2023, when my children expressed a desire to have a Halloween themed puzzle to do together in 2024. I love puzzles. I’m not a pro by any means. I don’t care to go over 1000 pieces very often and I prefer puzzles that have fun shaped pieces with wedges, points, etc. Variety! However, I’ve built puzzles that are incredibly difficult to do and have done some where all the pieces are the quintessential puzzle piece shape before. Not always my favorite but a solid challenge.Now, To be fair and honest, I don’t recall “adult” being in the title of this puzzle when I bought it but then I was looking for a 500 piece puzzle with a cool picture for my kids because seriously, how hard could a 500 piece puzzle be?When we first opened the box this year, 2024, my child’s first response was “Oh, I thought the colors would be brighter… more vibrant.” So, the colors of the actual puzzle aren’t horrible, but they aren’t as bright as one might think.Next problem, every piece is the same. If you look at my pictures you’ll see the tabs and blanks are all the same size. The shape of the puzzle pieces are identical – no real variation in the size of the feet or their shape. There are no waves, no thin or thick feet, no wide or small blanks, no blunt or tiny tabs. There’s a reason there are letters on the back to help you verify if a piece actually fits where you thought. Several times, I’ve had to check the back to be sure I’m good because every tab can pretty much fit every blank and there are a lot of repeated patterns and colors. Using the back to verify my placement isn’t my favorite, but it’s not the worst thing to have happen in a puzzle. Just a little frustrating.The pieces don’t lock together. They fit (I mean they all fit each other because, again, the shapes don’t have variation) but they do not lock together so it’s one one of those easy to fall apart deals.I can deal with all of that, but here’s the real bummer. No one wants to do this puzzle with me. :(When a puzzle gets put out… I do roughly 50 – 70% of the puzzle myself. However, that remaining 50 – 30% is my family. They drift in and sit to talk and do it with me. They add a few pieces and feel really good and then drift off after a time. No one really sits and hard core works a puzzle with me. That’s fine with me. But when they drift in – particularly my kids – we talk. We talk about everything that is on their mind. We share and laugh and visit. A puzzle is an invitation for communication.But this puzzle, no one wants to do this puzzle with me. It’s not a puzzle that lends itself to a drift in, search for a bit, find that one funny shaped piece, smack it in and feel good scenario that typically invites my kids and spouse to come join me. That’s the real tragedy.I don’t feel I can totally hate on this puzzle, because we all have our challenge preferences and our reasons for puzzling. However, I certainly don’t love it.

Cheap cheap quality, what you would expect from a 20 piece $1 puzzle. Pieces warp and layers peeling apart. Pieces don’t interlock together properly so you never know if you have the correct pieces together, even looking at the back where it’s labelled in sections A through F is not always helpful, and turning the pices over makes them fall apart anyway. Returned.
