Ideal for hiking and backpacking.
I got this as a simple first aid kit to use when backpacking. I might add a few more standard bandaids, but overall this is a pretty decent little kit. What I love the most is how compact and lightweight it is, perfect for backpacking.

Just what is needed for little accidents.
Went golfing last weekend and my friend fell after getting out of the cart. She scraped her knee pretty bad but we had nothing but an ice pack from my bag to put on it. This pack was inexpensive, had everything you will need to patch up small injuries and fits perfectly in a side pocket on my bag.
