I’m absolutely in love with this DIY wire flower kit! It’s truly awesome and a fantastic find for anyone who enjoys crafting. The process of twisting the wires to create the flowers is so satisfying and the templates that come with the set are a huge bonus. It was so convenient to have a variety of designs to choose from right away, without having to print my own.Making these beautiful flowers was a lot of fun, and I’m so happy with how pretty they turned out. They look absolutely adorable in vases and make for a charming, handmade decoration.I’ve enjoyed gifting the finished flowers to friends and family, and I also think the kit itself would make a wonderful gift for a creative loved one. Good little kit but doesn’t include wire cutters
Great kit for beginners. Comes with three spools of wire, 9 colors of cord, tape and pliers. There are instructions for bending the wire both before or after sliding it into the cord. Comes with some full size patterns printed on paper. I understand not including a lighter to burn the ends but was disappointed to see there are no wire cutters included to have clean ends rather than bend back and forth until it breaks.

Teens and older – everything included except fire
This kit comes with everything you need to make fun wire/rope creations except for fire to burn the ends of the rope when you’re finishing up a project. My 12 year old daughter wanted to try and she had a great time. Some of the bends were a little tricky for her, but she unintentionally picked one of the harder flowers and figured it out. My 10 and 7 year old had fun, but they only created random shapes, they didn’t try being precise with it. So, I would suggest this as a teen and adult kit.There is a lot of colored rope provided which gives you a lot of different options and ultimately finished crafts. There are also a lot of flower templates to keep your creations new and different. It comes with two sizes of wire. The wire bends easier than I thought it would. I thought it was going to take a little muscle to get it where you want it so that it would stay in place, but it doesn’t. After you bend the wire to your desired shape, it will easily bend out of shape, so be careful! When you burn the rope, you put a lighter next to it, then quickly press it together with the provided pliers, just for a second or two. It has to have some kind of pressure or it will still be opened. I also tried burning the ends of two colors together to see how that would work and it did a great job. I used the pliers to press them together as well. This way you can use different colors but have them stay in place where you want them.

Excellent sensory crafts – challenging and very fun!
I am always on the lookout for cute & easy craft projects and these do not disappoint! These flowers are colorful, help with creativity and fine motor skills and are just fun to make!The combination of the wire and braided cover also makes this a great tactile and sensory craft.I work in special education and many of my students are so easily distracted (“was that a squirrel I just saw?” 🩷); having something to do with their hands really helps them concentrate and stay on task.These crafts are not so easy that they’re boring, but certainly not difficult enough to frustrate a student.Having a hands-on project increases their ability to focus and complete assignments…as opposed to: talking to other students when they shouldn’t be – thus decreasing other students’ ability to stay focused and on task; tapping pencils/pens/markers on the desk, again, distracting other students; coloring on desks; using scissors on things that definitely do not need to be cut; I could continue to giving more examples, but I’ll spare you.As you can see, having small items like these crafts really help to calm hands & mind.Sometimes my students also need a short break and sensory crafts, like making these cute flowers, gives my students a reset so they can rejoin the classroom.In addition, at least for my students, completing these wire flowers helps them feel immensely proud of themselves for accomplishing a project. As adults it may seem like a minor thing to us, but so many special education kids often feel discouraged because they feel like they’re constantly falling behind their peers and need extra support to get things done. As a result – these small victories feel so great for them! As a teacher, this makes me really proud of them too.This review is incredibly long, and if you made it to the end, thank you! Creative and Fun Craft Kit with Lots of Flexibility!
This floral wire art set is such a fun and creative way to make beautiful flower designs! The kit includes templates, colorful knit rope, and flexible aluminum wire, pliers, everything you need to get started right away. While it comes with instructions, I love that there’s room to experiment. You can either shape the wire first and slide the rope on, or add the rope first and then shape it – both methods work depending on the look you want. It’s a great hands-on activity for all ages.

Fun craft set
I like this wire flower craft kit. It comes with everything; wire, cord, tape, pliers, and designs. All of the kit contents are in a handy mesh zipper bag. The instructions are clear and offer two different methods for making wire flowers. The wire is very soft and easy to shape and bend. This is a fun craft for all ages. You can make all types of flowers and designs to decorate your house and bonus–the flowers never perish or drop petals. The cord sent in this package does not match what is shown in the pics on this page—it has a much tighter weave (the cord in the pics show a much larger weave and thicker cord). I found the small weave cord disappointing as the larger weave cord shown in the pics makes for more interesting and organic looking flowers. That said, this is a fun kit that includes everything. It would make a great gift too.
