Photon Mono 4 comes with a large protective film for LCD screen, If you have printing problems when using it, Please try the following stepsFirstly, try increasing the bottom exposure by about 5 secondsAt the same time, try cutting the scratch resistant film to just cover the exposed screen

Powerful LighTurbo Source Mono 4Mono 4

The Story is in the Details Large print volumeLarge print volume Dream Big, Think Big, Print Bigger

With a generous maximum print volume of 2.2L (153.4mm*87mm*165mm), you have ample print space to easily tackle your daily tasks and demanding projects.

Mono 4Mono 4 More Cohesive Platform 2.0

With a re-engineered build platform and redesigned laser-engraved patterns, this generation of build platforms provides just the right amount of adhesion to mitigate model lifting and warping during printing while keeping the removal process simple and smooth.

Mono 4Mono 4 4-Point Leveling Efficiency

Every Mono 4 printer was assembled, calibrated, tuned, and tested before shipment. So when you received the printer, simply unbox and start printing. (Leveling is needed before printing.)

Mono 4Mono 4 Pick Up Where You Left Off

When a sudden power outage interrupts the printing process, the printer is designed to resume printing once power is restored. This feature significantly reduces waste of materials and time.

What slicing software do I need?

It is recommended to use the official Photon Workshop slicing software, which supports exporting .pm4n format.

What should I do if the print fails?

The model is not supported → automatically generate support with the software

The platform is not flat → re-level

Underexposure/overexposure → refer to the parameters recommended by the resin manufacturer.

How to maintain our FEP Film

FEP film is a consumable material that needs to be replaced reoularly to keep stable printing perfomance

Please use the plastic shovel we provide instead of a sharp shovel to clean the resin vat, or may damage the FEp film and cause resin leakage

How long is the life of the LCD screen?

About 2000 hours of normal use.

How to improve the printing success rate?

2 key tips: Place the large model at a 45° tilt to reduce stress/Replace the FEP film with a new one when the printer indicates that the FEP film has reached the end of its life.

  1. Big John

    Great first 3d resin printer!
Definitely look into recommendations on what you need to get when you start your journey into 3d resin printing! Didn’t realize I’d need things like ventilation, gloves, respirator mask, cure & wash station… I would have planned better if I had done my research, but I was so excited! 😜

  2. Oscar Javier Gonzalez

    Se ajustó a mis necesidades
Anycubic es excelente con lo que hace

    Great resin printer
I really like this printer. Definitely an upgrade from the photon and photon 2 I was using. I really like the build plate although you will need to be careful not to chip or damage it when using a metal scraper to remove prints. The bed levels pretty easy (just like most other resin printers) and it even comes with a screen protector. As for print quality, heat transfer, bed warping, print speed and the rest of the things one might want to know about. You will need to play with your settings and adjust them for each type of resin. But I can’t say how your prints will come out since I’m not slicing them. However, I can say my parts have come out pretty good in most cases. I will say if you’re going from a filament printer to a resin printer, the resin printers can make stuff faster but you will need to use supports much more often and the prints are typically more brittle (depending on the resin but in most cases it will be more brittle) but you can make parts with much more fine detail than possible with FDM printing. The picture is of a blade I made for a trainer butterfly knife. I sliced it pretty small to get that result but it was worth it and it was a ridiculously big time difference. I may not use my resin printers first for most things but when I need fine details or smooth surfaces, this printer has been the GOAT for that work.Side note; the Saran Wrap on the screen is just a barrier to keep resin off the screen just in case a vat leaks or whatever. It does come with screen protectors but I messed up and put a small chip on the edge of my build plate and it left a bit just long and sharp enough to pierce the vat film. I took the screen protector off since the resin on it was stuck but have been using Saran Wrap since as a protective barrier. I take a tiny bit of 91% isopropyl alcohol and apply it to the screen with a lint green towel to clean it off and while there is a bit of the IPA left, I’ll apply the Saran Wrap and it will help me make it perfectly flat and free of wrinkles and air bubbles. It’s been a good little trick I use on all 3 of my resin printers now since even if I accidentally spill or drip resin, all I have to do is cut the contaminated wrap off and put some new on.Now I want to add a little disclaimer to the last paragraph, I’m not expert but I am someone that has been in the 3D printing hobby for about 5 years and with about 5 figures worth of machines, tools, accessories and consumables invested into it. I am only saying that this has worked for me, not if it’s the best solution or even a good solution. I know someone will most likely say something valid on why my Saran Wrap idea may not be a good idea so I will say do your own research first before trying anything some random person on the internet says.

  4. Ndtanaka

Honestly the best printer for quality
Works amazing I’ve printed over 1000pcs

  5. jorientale94

    Great started printer!
I really enjoy this printer. I am new to the whole thing but it’s really easy to use. The only thing I can advise anyone is to pre buy extra vat sheets. After the 4th print, it started leaking. I do want to know if there is an upgrade to the vat screens. Excellent starter printer!

  6. Brianna

Difficult to use, randomly stops working
My top recommendation is to place the 3D printer on a level surface. You’ll likely need to level the machine multiple times before it finds its “sweet spot.”Second, pause the print after about 20 minutes to check if it’s printing correctly. In my experience, it took 13 attempts and 11 rounds of leveling before I achieved a successful print. Once it was properly calibrated, the machine required minimal additional effort. My product did come in with a damaged VAT which caused resin build up between the VAT and the bottom screen, but I appreciated that the support team proactively reached out to offer help and provided guidance on getting the printer up and running. I’m looking forward to completing my second successful print soon.I managed to get 1-2 prints out of it….but it stopped working after only 2. I’m looking at the LCD screen now and everything is lighting up but the shape of the square now isn’t changing. I’m incredibly confused.

  7. Kendrick

    Nice printer
I’m loving this little printer. Its much faster than my FDM printer and makes some great pieces. I’ve had it running nearly non-stop printing out pieces since I got it and aside from some minor issues with the resin vat(user errors) I havent had issues with it.

  8. William E Hamilton

    My favorite thing gone
My brothers dogs destroyed it but I was happy to get one,I hope to get enough money to get another one

  9. COSIMO

    Stampante veramente ottima

  10. Rosa
