Perfect for resting meat
My husband kept putting his smoked meats into our soft cooler to rest and I couldn’t take it anymore. I bought this and it works perfectly! It’s easy to open and put the meat in to. It’s insulated so it stays nice and warm. It’s easy to wipe clean too.

Game-Changer for Resting Brisket
I used this for the first time on my most recent brisket cook, and I was genuinely impressed with the results. In the past, I’ve always relied on wrapping meat in towels and tossing it into a cooler, but this time I used this product in addition to the cooler—and the difference was noticeable. Despite some temperature fluctuations with my stick burner, this ended up being one of the best briskets I’ve ever made. It held temperature beautifully and kept the bark in great condition. I definitely think it’s a worthwhile upgrade over the old towel method. Also, be sure to check out the tub they offer—it’s an excellent companion piece and works just as well.
