They sent the 2K Version, NOT the 4K, also other problems, Be Careful!
The printer described here on Amazon is the “KG406 Pro MAX”, which is a 4K [4098 x 2560 resolution, 0.035mm pixel size], 6.6″ LCD mSLA resin printer.The printer that I received is actually the “KG406 Pro” [NOT the “MAX” version], which is the 2K [2560 x 1620 resolution, 0.047mm pixel size], 6″ LCD mSLA resin printer.ALL of the documentation that I received with the printer (the printed manual and the PDF manual and documents), as well as the test print file and slicer configurations are clearly for the 2K “KG406 Pro” and NOT the 4K “KG406 Pro Max” being sold here.The printer is nicely aesthetically designed, with some good qualities potentially, but there were more problems than just getting the wrong printer with the one I received:- The plastic resin vat was very hard to remove, needed someone to hold down the printer while I pulled the vat up. It wasn’t a problem with the plastic tabs on the side, those are fine, the resin vat had extra plastic on one side, and lots of plastic “hairs” that weren’t removed after the molding process.- The screen seemed very scratched.- The Graphical User Interface (GUI) was very attractive, and the little touchscreen was easy to read, great contrast and colors, nice font, and the touch worked well and accurately. The problem here is that the GUI menus were missing many of the functions described in the manual – no “Info” menu at all, no “Print” menu only a blank screen with up and down arrows on it, and no print files or any files at all would show up whether I put one on the “root” directory of the USB [which means straight on the USB and not in a folder on it] or successfully loaded one onto the printer over WiFi.- The WiFi actually worked great, immediately recognizing my networks and quickly enabled connecting with a reasonable and nice, accurate, on-screen keyboard for entering the WiFi password. The problem here is that connecting to the printer from the browser on the PC to transfer a file for printing, involved guessing to click the green bar with the Chinese writing on it after selecting a file, and this then showed the file transferred successfully to the printer. But on the printer, as mentioned above, the file was nowhere to be found.- The manual, videos, and Chitu config ALL show and present parameters of the 2K version of the printer.- The screen testing functions [“Vat Clean” and “Full Display”], show a full screen and a checkerboard pattern, respectively. The problem here is that the corners of the lit-up display are rounded off and fade out.As one can see, there was no way to print anything on the printer due to the issues detailed above, and I wouldn’t have if I could have, because as mentioned above, not only is the one I received defective, this is NOT the printer advertised, it is the 2K version which is NOT what I paid for!This is a big shame, because the printer has some very nice qualities almost astounding at such a low price, as mentioned: excellent touchscreen, nice design, and probably among the best build plates on any printer – the plate is made of quality metal, so flat and “lapped” that it can be “wrung” [look up “wringing cubes”, where extremely flat metal cubes will stick together from Van der Waals forces]. The display light optics also appear excellent besides the curving on the edges of the display [still in the printable area].I’ve requested a replacement to get the correct printer, and one that works, and will update the review with the results when I receive it.

Best printer ever.
Everything is well packaged and the device seems well built. Setup was fairly easy, lively and responsive, and the quality seems high. The price is very affordable, fit and finish is excellent, connections are great, and the app is working well so far.

bad customer service
it arrived when they said and it was the product i ordered but it did not work it would not connect to my computer or the zip drive that came with it. i tried to contact them and they said on their site would respond in 24 hours but that has not happened either. so for now i am giving these guys a crappy review.

Printer not showing sliced files
This 3d printer can’t be found on any slicer program. Also not reading flash drive. I have had it for almost a month and still no luck on getting it to work. Very bad product and very poor instructions on getting it to work

Save Format and Settings
Not so friendly to start but once get it know is a good resin printer for figurines and small parts! All files need to be stored in Chitu ZIP format ( in save menu of Chitu). Also Verify the printer settings and resolution for the model you have! That Photo is just my 3rd try and was just the Resolution and bed zise for the Pro Max.

Important Info
This printer will only see print projects that are in zip format, after much trial and error we got the printer to see the print project on a memorex 15gb flash drive but we had to save it as a zip file in Chitubox. This info is nowhere in the instructions, hope this helps any other buyers.

Didn’t work out of the box.
This printer wouldn’t even set Z or raise the build plate right out of the box. It’s also an extreme no name brand which I discovered after the fact that there is no customer service. I returned the unit and bought a competitor product and and super happy with my decision. Save your money avoid this printer and buy an Elegoo or an anycubic for the same money.

Easy and affordable
The prints I got were amazing for the price this is a huge step up to my other 3D printers I got for higher price. This is a plug and play printer which is great for people that want to get into resin printing.
