These are great for new Bariatric patients! After surgery, when, what, and how much to eat can be so confusing! These glass dividers are a perfect way to measure your food intake without having to weigh it, once you reach that stage. It doesn’t look like it holds very much but you’ll be surprised when you’re finding it hard to eat all of the food that’s in it. The silver wear is perfect size since Bariatric Patients’ food is supposed to be chewed longer than normal.

The concept is good and helps with portion control however the quality is so so. Only used once and the diagram on the lid is fading. Also the rubber seal came off with first opening. Not the best quality for the price.
