The frame was coming apart as soon as I opened it! I had to hot glue the frame together because when I put the photo in, the front of the frame was coming off. The photo was falling down as well. The back does not hold the photo in place. It’s a shame because I love the saying and decor of the frame. I would send it back, but its a pain to do so. Save your $ and buy else where!!

Décu car super beau cadre mais laVitre était “chipper” sur un des deux et l’autre brisée. J’en ai retourné un et reçu un autre rapidement mais la vitre était encore brisée. La vitre est directement sur le cadre sans bordure donc de la vitre qui frotte sur le “plâtre” va toujours brisée.

The Frame actually came a day earlier than expected. It was properly, wording is perfect especially for someone who lost a parent very recently. I totally recommend this frame as a very nice keepsake with a picture of their Mother in the frame! Nice Job!

This frame is stunning however the glass inside is smaller than opening therefore constantly smashing the corners. They sent a replacement and I sent first broken one back. Came again today and the same thing.
