Wow! I didn’t know I needed this additional tool in my kitchen until I bought this scraper. It is comfortable, easy to clean, and easy to store as it lays flat in my utensil drawer. I don’t know why I waited so long to purchase this fine item.

Definitely a good grip
Good grip for large hands. Strong edge. Works well for scraping the work surface, maneuvering dough, and cutting dough as well. Even chops veggies, although it’s not made with a sharp edge

パン生地をこねたり伸ばしたりするのに使ってみましたが、ハンドル部分が丁度手にピタッと収まる形で、非常に握りやすく、その分、扱い易いなと思いました。造りもしっかりしていて丈夫そうですし、刃(と言うほど鋭利ではありませんが)の部分にメモリが振ってあるのが気が利いてて地味に便利だと思いました。
