My 5 year old is very much an outdoor baby. He loves to be outdoors and playing. This set is one of his favorites. We play with it every time we go outside. The little bat does fold up on him quite a bit, but that’s the only issue. The ball popper puts the ball at just the right height for him. Keep in mind that these are made of plastic and not meant for adult play, but for kids they work very well and you don’t have to worry about someone getting knocked out by a rogue horseshoe.
