Excellent Customer Service
I knew Longer had a good reputation for their products, but I’m here to tell you about their customer service. I ordered the Ray5 10w and received it quickly. It appeared to be new although the laser module package was torn open. While assembling the product, which I found quite easy for someone never having used a laser engraver, I did find that some parts were missing. I contacted Longer customer service by email to see if I could order the missing parts from them since my assembly was so close to complete. They responded in less than 12 hours offering to send me the missing parts and never asked for any payment information. That’s almost unheard of these days, and I am so happy they were willing to make it right for me without having to jump through a thousand hoops. I was pretty disappointed at first, because of course I want to get started playing with my laser engraver, but their customer service dept really turned my frown upside down!
