I large jug of resin, a choice of 4 colors to print. Flexible inventory!
4 in 1 Resin! You get a generous 2L of crystal-clear resin, and 3 pigments, so you can use it as black, gray, white, or the natural clear. The design is to tint the entire bottle by mixing in one of the pigments, or none. In my mind I would have guessed that you could make gray with half of the white and half of the black, but “half” means inexact measurements, so if you needeed 6 L of gray, your shades might change between bottles if you were to try and mix half black and half whire, instead you get the same gray every time. So I see the logic of including the gray pigment, but I don’t usually need more than a liter of resin at a time, so in my mind the gray isn’t really needed.I printed a test with the clear, I had some toy models I had been printing for a child’s party, so it was handy to just do a quick test. The model came out really nice, with a top surface that was very glassy with good clarity in the inside portions I could see. The clear makes it hard to see some of the detail, but it was all there. It would have looked better with gray pigment, clear isn’t always the best choice, butI still get to decide what color it is next. When processing I wanted to test how well it cleaned up. In the past I pring a good looking clear model, and it sometimes gets white areas before I’m done. I read the solution is to dry the item off with compressed air before curing. This one came out free of white marks, so bloding off the excess IPA, and then giving it some extra time to be 100% sure it was dry, and THEN cure it. That seems to work.So this is brittle, just like most resin is. I dropped the model, and a part went flying off… I have ceramic floors, dropped things get a hard knock, so things break off… Pretty much all resin prints are brittle. So that is normal. There are flexible resins to print with, but I don’t have any of that…Value wise, this can potentially reduce how much inventory you need to have 4 different colors in stock. I think that is nice, but what I would rather see would be a color kit with a variety of colors and instructions on how to measure small batches… Mixed colors are less consistent, but the flexibility to have any color seems useful. Of course people with mixing errors could waste some resin, so it is a double edged sword… but I would like to see it. Sell the resin by the gallon and make colors in kits and individual pints. The value here is great, a reasonable price for a 2l bottle of resin, and as a bonus you get to make it any of 4 colors. The quality is good, and the prints look great.

Good price and interesting pigment concept with qualities comparable to other standard resins
I was very interested in this resin since it came with pigments that allows you to customize the color of the resin. The resin itself is more opaque than “clear” or “transluscent” so prints without pigment will be cloudy. The pigments themselves mix decently well, but I recommend adding the resin and pigment to a container, then shaking it. Mixing it by stirring it in the vat took longer than I had hoped. The smell was comparable to most other standard resins, and it cleaned up well with resin detergent and alcohol. The print quality was excellent, and fine details came out well using the recommended print settings.Overall, it is a great value for the money. My only qualm is that the resin does not have as much flexural strength as implied in the product description. The pieces broke as easily as other standard resins when bent. I’ve attached some pieces I printed after lightly tinting it grey.

    Works as expected
Resin works great. I was able to print very small prints. The prints didn’t break with support. I printed on my Mars 5. My settings were 3s exposure and 50s bottom exposure. Works out great. It cleans well and the small details do not break. Color is fine too. I haven’t tried any larger prints, but I usually only deal with resin when it comes to small prints.

    Great prints but yellows!
Great prints but very yellow after curing. The colorant is fantastic!

    Fairly standard clear uv resin
Works well enough – decent value for the price – especially for a 2kg bottle. If you use plenty and want to be able to color a transparent resin yourself, this should work for you.

High-Quality Resin with Built-In Color Flexibility
I’ve been printing with resin for a few years now, and this LANDU 2KG clear resin kit exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, it was well-packaged with a leak-proof seal and included three pigment bottles (black, white, and gray), giving me some great flexibility in how I use it. For the price, the amount of resin and added customization options make this a strong value—especially if you’re trying to minimize the number of different resins you keep on hand.I ran this resin on my Elegoo Saturn IV Ultra and dialed in the settings pretty quickly. I used 30°C warming, 25-second bottom layers, and 2.8 seconds for the main layers, and the prints came out sharp, with excellent surface finish and detail. Using the resin in its natural state, I found the “clear” is more of a translucent milky white rather than glass-like transparency. It looks clean, but it doesn’t highlight detail well, so I added the gray pigment for a few models and saw an immediate improvement in contrast and visibility.Post-processing was smooth—I had no issues with white hazing or streaks after curing, as long as I made sure the part was dry before UV exposure. I didn’t notice any harsh odor either, which is a big plus in my workspace. Like most standard resins, it’s a little brittle, so parts can break if dropped on a hard surface. That’s expected for general-purpose resin and not unique to this brand. The biggest advantage of this kit is versatility. Whether I want to print clear, gray, white, or black, I can mix only what I need without committing to a full bottle of each. I’d love to see LANDU offer an expanded color pigment kit or guidance for custom blends, but even as-is, it’s a smart way to reduce inventory and stay flexible. Overall, this resin performs well, prints clean, and delivers great results at a competitive price.
