We have had this game for a couple of years. It is a really great game for my kids! They are 4 and 8 now and still play with it! It’s easy to learn! The size of it isn’t too big nor small. The functionality of this game does great.

Do NOT play this on a rug!
This game is GREAT, except for one giant issue: if your kids put the Pete the truck on a rug (AND THEY WILL, BECAUSE… KIDS) the rug fibers WILL get stuck to the underside fifth middle tire, pulled up inside the truck, and Pete will no longer move.Our family played this game on our dining table, and it was great! Truly, all of us had fun. But then, after the game was over, our boys, 6 and 2 years old and both obsessed with trucks, decided to play with Pete on our wool rug. It was then that Pete stopped moving.We took Pete apart once to fix this, only to find that simply unscrewing the bottom doesn’t allow access to this middle tire (The one tire that moves Pete around). My husband then did some intensive pulling apart of the insides to clean the tire, and, after carefully putting the truck back together, which took longer than you’d think, Pete worked once again. We put Pete away, put the box up high, and thought we were in the clear.It wasn’t long before our curious two year old found a way to get to Pete, and immediately put him on the rug again. Pete stopped working within minutes.It’s a great game if Pete stays on a hard, clean surface. But do not, under any circumstances, put Pete on a wool rug.
