Build for Speed and Full-Color Printing: Bring your creative vision to life with vibrant and multicolored 3D prints in 4-colors. With speed of up to 600mm/s and acceleration up to 20000mm/s², AD5X delivers ultrafast printing, while maintaining exceptional accuracy and detail in your prints.
Seamless Printing, Precise Control: Full auto leveling sensor measures multiple points on the print bed to ensure consistent distance between nozzle and bed. As well as ensuring that the first layer adheres evenly to the print bed for flawless prints every time.
Multi-Material and Multi-Color Capability: Intelligent Filament System (IFS) allows you to print in multiple colors and materials simultaneously. Among the wide selection of materials that AD5X is compatible with are PLA, TPU, PETG, SILK, PLA-CF, PETG-CF, and so on.
CoreXY Structure, Vibration Compensation: With its all-metal motion CoreXY structure offers highly rigid, reducing the risk of errors caused by vibration or mechanical shifts. Vibration suppression algorithms minimize layer alignment shifts caused by vibrations, ensuring each layer is precisely aligned, resulting in better overall print quality.
Compact Design, Space Saving: With its lightweight, modular design and intelligent filament system (IFS), Four spools of filament arranged side by side, AD5X offers significant space savings and for more flexible placement.

Great product!
This was simple to set up right out of the box. Bed leveling was simple, the glue that is provided is very good. The accuracy in printing this does is amazing and a great value for your money. Functionality I was worried about because we were giving this as a gift for our 10 yr old son but he is able to use it without issue and so is his 8 yr old brother.

Reliable, Easy to Use, and Prints Like a Pro
This 3D printer exceeded my expectations right out of the box. Setup was fast and painless, and within minutes I was printing clean, accurate parts with zero issues. The print quality is consistently excellent, and it handles both small detailed models and larger functional parts without a problem. The build quality feels solid, the UI is intuitive, and it’s quiet enough to run in a home office. It’s perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike. If you’re on the fence about getting the Adventurer 5M, do it. It’s a workhorse that just gets the job done.

Worst brand ever – Avoid if you value your money/time
UPDATE: 2 Months later2 months in and this is the worst printer I have owned. While the hardware itself is “fine” and works, the software/firmware have been a nightmare. The original software options barely functioned for remote monitoring and in the last couple of weeks they released Orca-FlashForge and FlashMaker.Problem with BOTH software is they were basically release as beta software and the remote functionality is broken. I spent 2 weeks with tech support and they have basically been useless. I’ve gotten better support from Comcast which says a lot.I also printed the official Flahsforge enclosure and bought acrylic panels for 50 bucks. Bought the camera for 25. Both parts being officially from Flashforge you would think they can work together but the camera cable was too short. Their supports response was it is indeed to short and I should source my own extension cable…My experience has been poor and I would never suggest this brand to anyone else. Avoid like the plague and spend you money elsewhere.Original:Wanted to wait a month before writing a review so I could fully use it and test.To those who don’t want to read a novel. Its a good printer with LOTS of potential but as with most things you shouldn’t buy on how good it “could” be.Out of the box the unit setup was quick and self explanatory. I last printer i purchased was the Creality K1 which had its own set of defects (which they fixed) so I was prepared for a hassle. Turns out everything was simple and I was printing within 30min.The issue begun happening after a few hours of printing. What everyone says about the included bed is true, its crap and you should get a replacement. I contacted Flashforge and they sent me their PEI bed right away when I mentioned the issue so anyone who purchases should be the same. With the bed issue resolved I can reliably get good quality prints. I use PLA and PETG with no issues and quality is equal to my K1 and just as fast. Any issues from are slicer or user error. Now for my real gripes starting with the software. The 5M uses Klipper which is awesome but its locked down and unless you super savvy there is no way to easily unlock its full potential. They have github page for the klipper but its useless for the average person.Next is the FlashPrint software, Its ok but very limited. Flashforge themselves suggests Orca slicer which is indeed great but then you cannot wirelessly sent prints and have to use a thumb drive. I tried using FlashCloud and Polar3d to remote monitor the printer and that also feels lacking in control and reliability. Creality Cloud despite all the spam is significantly better for remote management and control.I also purchased the Adventurer 5m camera direct from FlashForge. It took over a month to arrive and their communication TERRIBLE but I did end up getting it. While capturing time lapses is great, using it with FlashCloud or Polar 3D is terrible and again, remote management sucks.Lastly lets talk these hotends. Quick swap is great but 30 bucks per hotend is terrible. Luckily this is my secondary printer and I don’t print abrasive materials but if you go through hotends regularly your wallet is going to cry. There is a lot of potential and promised updates. They CLAIM there will be full klipper support, OEM led lights, enclosure kits and more but they are radio silent as to when. I got time to wait and the ability to tinker on my own but if this is your first printer or you want something feature rich with no bugs, look elsewhere. My K1 with upgraded hotend/extruder has been reliable and I would highly recommend that over this (when its on sale)

Fantastic Printer!
Upgrading from the Creality Ender V2 to the Adventurer 5M. I am amazed by the speed, quality, ease of use, and software integration, all excellent. In hindsight, this unit would have saved me money and time that was wasted keeping the Ender functioning. Purchasing the add on camera for additional functionality.

Should have bought this first
Got this after I returned a Creality printer I could never get to work. This thing was up and printing in half an hour. It’s easy to use with Orca and it seems very accurate. It was definitely worth the price and the auto bed leveling feature is a time saver. The folks that designed this did a great job and printing out the enclosure and buying the factory parts is definitely worth the effort. The only issue I would have with it is the preprogrammed speed setting is 600 mm/s, which i found to be too fast for most of my initial prints with PLA. Consider dropping the speed on your initial prints and you will probably be more impressed with the results.

I haven’t tried a lot of 3d printers because each time I tried to get into fdm printing, I wasted hours and hours just trying to get the thing to print reasonably well. Squaring up the frame, messing about with layer heights, bed levelling, first layer adhesion… I’ve tried open frame printers, and fully enclosed, large format printers and smaller ones and each time, gave up and left it alone for a few years before curiosity drew me back in.The leaps forward in printing technology with this printer are massive. It’s so easy to use. Auto-levelled once, after I took it out of the box and haven’t had to again.I use liquid 3d printer bed glue prior to each print and have never had an issue with first layer adhesion. The print quality is amazing and wow, is it fast!Maybe a downside is the cost of the replacement heads. But they are super-easy to swap out, reloading is a breeze, and I’m happy to pay a bit more for the sheer ease of use. After 20+ years of dismissing fdm printers, I’ve found one that I love.
