More than one use
These tubs are great for the grill and kitchen especially when preparing briskets. We used them every night on a recent family vacation and cooked both breakfast and dinner with them. Great for hibachi – bacon and eggs with hash browns. Cutting boards are sturdy and the feet are slip resistant. Great gift idea for your Black Stone or smoker user.

These have worked out great. They collapse down pretty flat for storage, and they hold a lot of food when opened up. The lids fit well, but you’re not going to get a heavy-duty seal from them. The only real thing you have to watch out for is that they collapse a touch too easily. If you have a large volume of food or water and you push on the side, it may collapse and spill on you. It hasn’t been a deal breaker for me, but it’s good to be aware of.

Great Idea, but
Great idea, but, does not handle “large cuts of meat”. Ordered 2 of the XL size. Ordered to use to prep brisket but tubs are much too small. They are almost big enough for a pork shoulder. They do work good for 1/2 rack of ribs. They were marketed as “BBQ” tubs for large cuts of meat. I’m assuming the manufacturer is not familiar with BBQ or with “large” cuts of meat. Other than being too small, item works great.

Great for prepping brisket for the smoker (flipping the meat until it’s coated). Even better for resting wrapped meat fresh off the smoker.
