Select your oak chips and fill them with the base alcohol into one of the two batch bottles. The aging begins! Let the mixture rest for 2-4 weeks (depending on your taste preference) and test the intensity in between.

Add your choice of botanicals and be inspired by our recipes. Again, test the intensity when you steep the blend.

After filtering, you can serve your first own rum or refine it in a cocktail. Cheers!
