Horrid smell, but such a cute item
So, this tissue box is sooooo cute. The boxes of tissues I usually buy fit fine in this, and I don’t mind about seeing a tiny portion of the tissue box because you wouldn’t normally have tissues sprouting from a stack of books anyway. 😂The reason for the missing 5th star is because of the smell. This holder makes your tissues smell AWFULLLL!!! I honestly hate it so much. It’s like a bitter sawdusty icky smell. I have no idea how to treat the material of the holder to fix this so I’ve just been taking a deep breath and holding it before blowing my nose lol.

This tissue holder is perfect. It is sitting on a shelf of books and blends right in with the other books. My tissue boxes fit inside perfectly. The inside space would accommodate a box of approximately 9″L X 4-3/4″W X 3-1/2″H. There are a couple of places inside the holder where the ‘book edges’ jut into the inside of the box and I have taken that into account in my measurements. My tissues boxes are 8-3/4″L X 4-1/4″W X 3-1/2″H, so an easy fit.
