READ: If You’d Rather Hurt Than Be Nauseous
I had forgotten how incredibly well Bonine works! Because I often battle nausea, I always keep prescription tablets on hand. So I had shifted solely to that to manage that horrible condition. I also cannot tolerate any pain medication and have learned that I would rather hurt than be nauseated!But recently my mother injured her hip and landed in our local ER. She too has trouble with pain medication, but this time the anti-nausea medications also made her feel horrible. So a friend who brought dinner also brought Bonine, and thankfully after three days of vomiting, my mother got relief from the Bonine!I quickly hopped on Amazon to order her more, as well as add it to my armory of nausea relief. I got multiple packs of the regular strength to share with her and added the extra strength for myself. When I had occasion to use it a week later, it not only stopped the nausea but also provided an hour of restorative sleep. I am so grateful to have Bonine now to help with my nausea and my migraines. Better than the other stuff!
I work on a fishing boat, and this is my go-to anytime I know it’s going to be rough offshore. I just take one in the evening before I head out, and the mild drowsiness actually helps me get a good night’s sleep before the trip. If I take it during the day, I wouldn’t say it makes me super drowsy, but I prefer to have it in my system ahead of time for any boat-related activity. It’s reliable, easy to take, and has saved me from feeling miserable more times than I can count.

Travel industry professional: these are my go-to
As someone who worked in the travel industry, these are my go-to. They are small and yet chewable so I don’t have to have water on hand, and I can take 1 or 2 pills for 24-hrs, which gives me flexibility if I am on the edge of needing it vs about to go down for the count. I don’t feel much, if any, side effects and they don’t make me super sleepy like another brand does.Note: They aren’t as strong as what you can get from a doctor, but I always travel with them because I tend to use them more than my other solutions. In fact, these kept me sane and functional on a recent Alaska cruise. Recommend.
