Great for sunburn prevention in summer
I purchased this to use and an all day outdoor sporting event, a multi day event in the summer in Florida. I wanted some sun protection that was more cool to use than having to wear a big hat. I was able to stand out in the direct sun, but have shade under me. It covered my whole body. It is very easy and fast to open and close. This function really well. I had no problems with this. It was durable and worked for me. I also love the low cost. I’m not a hat person, they make me feel hotter. I love how small this is and I love the case. I was able to clip this case onto my travel purse so that it hung from the purse and was easy to access when I needed it. I like that it is so small and lightweight compact that it is does not take up a lot of room to carry around or to take with you for airplane travel.

Compact folding umbrella with added UV protection and case
This is similar to other compact folding umbrellas except that it has added UV protection for use in the sun and comes with a nice zippered case. It would be great for taking to sunny sporting events as well as for rain. I just got it and am having a little trouble getting it folded compactly enough to go back inside the case and in getting all six rib tips inside the little ball handle, but that’s probably just me. The UV coating on the underside makes the fabric not quite as flimsy as my old folding umbrella, but this may be because this one is still new. Video reviews show others easily doing this so it should get easier for me. The velcro strap holds it folded so the case just makes it neater and keeps it cleaner. It opens and closes easily enough although not super-smoothly yet. There is one last little push to get it to click in place. It’s a good size for one person to use. I ordered the beige and it’s a very light beige, more of an ivory. The underside is black. Both the case and the umbrella handle have little carry straps.I bought it to take on a river cruise along with my rain jacket and probably won’t bother taking the case in my luggage. At home if I kept it in my car I would use the case, however. I think it will serve its purpose and the added UV protection and zip case are bonuses.

Great for travel
Takes up very little space in suitcase. Very lightweight. It is small and useful for only one person. It held up pretty well in moderate wind.

Good quality, compact and easy to use.
Good quality umbrella that is a great size for backpacks, purses, or to keep in a drawer at work, etc. It’s very lightweight and has a great coverage for one person. The functionality of opening and closing the umbrella is okay. When you first open the umbrella upon receiving you’ll have to unscrew the bottom cap of the umbrella to take out to loosen it and then re-screw it on. Overall I have been pretty happy with the umbrellas as it doesn’t really rain a lot where I am located so it’s a good light weight umbrella to keep around.

Great travel parasol
Perfect weight and size for travel. A little hard to open but not a big deal. Probably would not stand up to wind, but I bought it to use to block the sun so excellent for that.

Great product! I travel a lot and needed something compact to fit on my bag. This is very compact and the case is a firm case that fits perfectly in my sling back. You can pull it out at anytime whether run or strong sunshine. I always keep it with me plus with a lifetime warranty I buying more for my family too.

Good for mild weather conditions
I traveled to Japan during the rainy season, and I wanted something light to travel with. It is compact and fit in my crossover bag. The umbrella is good for keeping the sun off you and keeping you dry during light rain, but if it is windy or heavily raining, you might as well not use it. There was one day that we had heavy rain and lots of wind. I was SOAKED after walking 5 minutes down the street, fighting with the umbrella as it would turn inside out or fail to protect me from the rain in general. I ended up buying a larger umbrella out of a store in Japan for a third of the price.
