A good template for many different individual styles and types of ADHD.
When I first bought this book I was expecting a more day to day checklist for the entire year, for that i am a bit disappointed. But on the plus side, it has a lot of different formats on a daily , weekly, monthly, and yearly routines. Some will not work at all for me with what tasks I struggle with, but other pages are the perfect layout for what I was needing.I really like that they gave the option of blank task pages that I can write my on tasks down in a daily, weekly and monthly options.I just make a copy of the pages that I want to keep repeating after I filed it out to my personal specifications. This has helped me stay more on task for my personal daily routine needs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended!
I’ve always struggled with keeping a consistent cleaning routine, but this ADHD Cleaning Planner has completely changed the way I approach housework.• Clear structure – I love how it breaks things down into daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and yearly tasks. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I can now focus on one step at a time.• Room-by-room checklists – Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, office, living room—each has its own page, which makes it super easy to follow. It even includes less obvious areas like outdoor spaces and storage, which I usually forget.• Extra tools that motivate – The 30-day declutter challenge and laundry schedule helped me stay consistent without burning out. Checking things off gives me such a sense of accomplishment.• Bonus tips & supply lists – The helpful cleaning hacks, product suggestions, and zone-cleaning ideas are a huge plus. For someone with ADHD, having direct, no-fluff instructions keeps me from getting distracted.• Beautiful and practical design – The spiral binding makes it easy to flip through, and the size is perfect for keeping on my desk or kitchen counter. The layout is calming yet motivating, which makes me want to actually use it.This planner has taken away the stress of wondering “Where do I even start?” and given me a system that actually works. It makes cleaning less overwhelming and more achievable. If you have ADHD—or just struggle with routines—this is absolutely worth it!

Helpful
This has made me actually clean my home instead of planning to and never getting around to it. The best way I have found to continue to reuse this planner, is by adding clear (or regular) sticky notes on top of the check boxes. That way you can take them off and start fresh the next day/week!

Good concept, poor execution
I’m disappointed in this product. I’ll start by saying the pros- it is bright, with fun colors and font. It is relatively easy to follow and the cover and binding are sturdy. It’s quite a bit longer than I expected, but that is what I am disappointed in. The lists that are included are helpful, but I expected more daily/ weekly checkboxes to use this product as an ongoing tracking tool. There are 12 pages that have daily/ weekly/ monthly/ annual cleaning tasks. I don’t know anyone who is going to use this same book for 12 years just for the annual checkboxes. I would have preferred 12 pages of the repeating daily/ weekly trackers and just one of the monthly/ annual.Additionally, the second half of the book is the first half but everything is blank. You have to write in the cleaning tasks yourself. The whole reason I bought this was to have the checklists already written, not have to do that myself. I will likely be returning this product.

Flexible & Practical
There are a few small typos, but it’s honestly such a great value for how helpful it is that the typos can be overlooked. I love that it includes different checklists and layout options so you can figure out what works best for you, and there’s even a schedule tailored for pet owners, which I really appreciate. The blank pages make it easy to customize everything to your own routine once you figure out what works best for you. It’s super useful and I can see myself using a combination of these checklists on a dry erase calendar in the future to keep me and my family on track.

Too small, nothing special
It seemed okay, but it was just like other cleaning planners. Nothing geared especially for adhd. Also it was too small for me. Needed something a b ig larger because I write larger. Ended up returning it.

If you experience ADHD, just wait….
My husband is the polar opposite of having ADHD. That is…until he looked at this book!!It was hilarious watching him go into tail spin looking at this! The plus side of this book is that it allows a person who doesn’t experience ADHD to look into this visual of what the world of ADHD looks like.PLUS, the cover title is missing a letter!! I’ve never seen that before! (The proof reader must have seen a shiny object!?)I struggle with ADHD and was hopeful this would help. It is very colorful which I thought would be a big asset because I love colors. But the extreme, disorganized use of colors 🤥 sent my ability to focus to an all time 😂 LOW!Proofread the front cover…SAD!For me, this book is chaotic, overwhelming, and not even close to helpful for me.

Pretty book.
This thing is pretty cool. Apparently I’m too ADHD to get into it, but I’m trying. And it’s nice and organized. I will likely buy one again if I can ever get myself focused
