Good set, reasonable price
A reasonable price and seems to work well. I am redoing my porch and I need to countersink some SS nails and screws. You can drill a pilot hole and counter sink in one motion. Pre drilling prevents the wood from splitting and the countersink is nice to hide the faster after you paint.

Decent For The Money
This countersink drill set is okay for occasional homeowner use. A positive is that the set contains seven different bit sizes to accommodate all standard screw sizes from #4 to #16. The set would be much better if the drill bits had a flat side for the tightening screw to have more contact with the bit. My main complaint is the countersinks are all the same size–they should be different for the different size screw heads. The case is too flimsy and does not secure the bits firmly. I would say the set meets most of my requirements at this price point.

Drill bit won’t stay in place.
I thought these would save a ton of time by not having to stop to switch from a drill bit to a countersink.I was wrong. The drill bit, particularly on the #8, will slip back into the sleeve with even a small amount of pressure.So now I still have to stop to adjust the drill bit when trying to do multiple pilot holes.Unfortunately I did not realize it until after the return window had already passed.

These are expensive so after looking at the photos closely at how shiny and nice the powdercoating looked i assumed they were better than the rest. When they turned up they are not powder coated at all. They are tumbled and matt black cheap steel like all the rest. The photo has definitely been photoshopped to make them look better.
