Great product
Great variety of sizes, and they hold fabric taut really well. The plastic is lightweight but sturdy, and the tightening mechanism is easy to adjust. Perfect for embroidery, punch needle, or other fabric crafts — especially helpful for beginners like me. Good value!

These are great quality, I just got into embroidery and am making my own patterns. These hold the fabric tightly and I don’t have to keep tightening them. They are a great deal especially for someone who is new to this kind of craft.

Wasn’t sure at first….
But these ended up working better than expected. I got a cross stitch kits online. The fabric was sooo stiff. Reviews said people had to purchase a rolling frame to do the work. And even then it was too stiff to work with. These plastic hoops are solid. It took me a bit, but I got it to work just fine. Very pleased with my purchase. Love the size options. I would buy again. Works better than the wooden ones. These have a ridge and locks it in. Hehe! Love it.

Where the screws are there should be a nut but it does not come with one. Luckily I had some in my nut and bolt box.It holds fairly good but not as tight as I wanted. Not against the product just my preference.

Surprisingly Better Than Wooden Hoops
I recently started to learn embroidery and have a beginner’s kit with a wooden hoop. I discovered I needed a smaller hoop and smaller needles but worried these hoops are plastic, not wood. I worried they wouldn’t work as well as the wooden hoop. Was I ever wrong! Not only did I get the size I need in both hoops and needles, but these hoops hold the fabric tighter which makes embroidery easier for me. I haven’t used all the different size hoops and needles yet but I am impressed with the quality. This is an excellent value for the money. I am very glad I ordered this set.

Not the typical embroidery hoop
Not the typical embroidery hoop. The inner ring is concave around and fits inside of the outer one. I’m used to the hoops that are smooth on both sides where the fabric is held. Not a fan of these. Not easy to put the fabric in. Also I didn’t get 16 needles. They were 2 short. Thinking of returning this.

Bought this to fix some jeans since it’s hard to do without any support, and the different sizes allow me to adjust during the fixing process, including moving to a smaller size after making the first fixes. The needles it came with also helped fix the jeans since they’re bigger and less likely to break. Highly recommend.

The ridge on the inside of the hoops works really well to grip the fabric. Much better than any other plastic hoop I’ve used.

I like that this set comes with six different sizes as previously I only had a hoop that was too big for my project or one too small. This has 6 different sizes making it really easy to pick a hoop that will work for my project at a good price – at my local craft shop it would cost me more for 2 hoops as this whole set cost. They also tighten easily and hold the aida well.My only issue was there was a sharpish raised bit on one of the hoops but I smoothed it out easily with a nail file.
