Outstanding value with everything needed to post process your creations! Suitable for a beginner, or even a seasoned 3d printing enthusiast!Good quality ball end Allen wrenches make changing hot ends or installing modifications easy. Files, deburring tools, and exacto type knives for post processing. Tweezers and snips work nicely for loading filaments and removing supports. Everything packs neatly into the included toolbox, with extra storage on top to hold extra nozzles, cotton swabs for cleaning, etc.Very pleased with this kit and wish I’d gotten it sooner, as I’ve definitely spent more money on less than half of the items included in this kit!

Good deal overall
This a very thorough kit. Tons of stuff in it. I can say, that it seems very disorganized when it comes in because everything is individually packaged and takes some time to sort out. The overall quality of the box and the tools are pretty low, but I didn’t expect anything more at this price point. This is a great beginner set, I gave it to one of my kids so they stop taking my tools 🙂

Great for Non-Beginners Too
Lots of files, exacto blades and really useful tools for 3D resin printing. My husband isn’t a beginner but didn’t have a lot of these tools and was really excited to get this set. They tools are all pretty easy to clean and easy to use. The tools are durable so far, but we’ll see how the durability holds up over time. For what you get, this set is a great value for the money.

All the tools you need for printing
This kit has all the parts you need to keep you printing and allowing you to make your prints look fantastic. The included files work great to clean up prints and other tools to keep your printer running without issues. I like that this includes calipers as well, which work great to ensure your prints are accurate. With all the tools included, this is a great value for the price. Easily stored in its case, it’s easy to keep track of everything. The pieces included are durable and work great.

Good for what it is
The 3D printer tool set provides just about everything you would need for many routine maintenance tasks on your FDM or resin 3D hobby level printer, as well as for initial print clean up tasks like removing the print from build plate, cutting supports, smoothing and rough shaping via knives and files. Some finger cots are provided if you like them while you are using the knives. I thought the overall quality of the tools was entry level, but certainly adequate for the tasks they were being asked to do. Would I use the file set or the drills on steel? Probably not. 3D printed plastic parts or soft materials? You betcha. Also included in the kit is a 6″ digital caliper with 0.01″ resolution, nice for checking small parts. The whole reason I like the idea of this kit is so other tools in the shop can stay where they are and a dedicated set can stay with the 3D printing area. In terms of price point I have the sense that this kit may be lacking in features to similarly priced 3D printing tool kits currently available, which ultimately is the basis for my less than 5 star rating.

Great comprehensive kit especially for people new to 3d printing
This is a nice kit, especially for beginners who don’t know what to buy. For just $45 they’ll have everything they need, and more. The calipers included are plastic, but they’re plenty functional for a novice looking to begin cad modeling, and still far better than the accuracy you get with a ruler. The deburring tool is my favorite part of the kit by far, and it has about 10x blades spare. The flush cut nippers are a nice quality pair, even though most printers come with one it’s always good to have multiples. The scraper tool/print removal tool is high quality and sharp, so be careful when using it that you don’t cut yourself or damage your plate. The tweezers and files are a great touch that I find myself using regularly. My favorite part is the hand drill with small drill bits and a manual chuck with gnurlled handle, this is a very handy tool for 3d printing.Overall I think this kit is very comprehensive and includes a lot of great tools for a novice / new user to have, and even experienced users can benefit from having these tools, even if it’s just spare parts. With a price like this I think you could save a few bucks hand picking each tool, but it’s worth it to me to have it all bundled together in an easily giftable kit.

This is an amazing and a solid starter kit for keeping everything in one place. The variety is great, deburring tool, carving knives, pliers, nozzle cleaners, files, and even a digital caliper. Just the price of a digital caliper you get the whole set!For basic cleanup and maintenance on prints, it covers most of what you’d need without having to grab tools from the garage.The quality can fell somehow entry level but perfect enough for 3D printing tasks. I wouldn’t use the files or drill bits on metal, but for trimming supports and smoothing prints, they do the job well. The included cleaning kit alone usually costs about $20, so having it bundled here makes the set a good value.For the price, this is a no-brainer all-in-one kit that saves time and money compared to buying everything separately.

My husband uses 3D printing as a part-time business, and this kit has been a great addition to his office. He estimates that he’ll regularly use about 80% of the tools included, which is impressive for such a large set.The variety is excellent – everything from carving tools and files to pliers and nozzle cleaners. One kit in particular, the 3D printer cleaning kit, usually costs around $20 on its own, so the fact that it’s bundled in here makes this set a really good value.The tools themselves are good quality and feel reliable for everyday use.
