Works Very Well
The dishwasher in my new home was not cleaning very well. I had cleaned everything, filters, screen etc. Then noticed the lower arm was not moving during the wash. It seemed to move freely when I moved it but was not moving during the wash cycle.Honestly, I didn’t think this would make much difference. It made all the difference. Poor design to begin with, the weight balance on this arm is a bad design.It now cleans very well, I’m sure it will need replaced again due to the design. Hopefully it will last at least a few years.This is like for like replacement, next time I might try a different style arm if possible.

It was great at first….
I was great at first. I replace the old one and this one worked fine …for about two weeks then the blue wheel feel off and landed on the heating element and melted. So now my dishwasher doesn’t work and my house is filled with an awful smell but, I am just happy we where home and got to it before anything caught on fire. I just ordered another one that is a different brand and I hope it works better.

This is hands down the best “upgrade” I have ever bought for a product. I rarely rate purchases much less write a review; I think in all the years I have used amazon I have written 3 reviews including this one. This washer arm assembly took my expensive 3-year-old dishwasher from a piece of junk to a cleaning powerhouse. I have ALWAYS had to check and sort clean from dirty dishes after washing. It kept getting worse and worse. I cleaned all the traps, took the washer assembly apart and cleaned everything with no improvement. With this simple less than 5-minute installation, I have run 5 loads so far and NOT ONE DIRTY DISH! If I could message everyone who has bought this dishwasher and could tell them one thing it would be to BUY THIS UPGRADE! you will not regret it

Does NOT fit the dishwasher it says it should. Its nice and all there for whatever dishwasher it does fit. Just not the proper fit for the listed models.

This fit our Elextrolux FGID2466OD1A perfectly. Ours had melted, caused by a bad thermostat. If yours is warped or melted be sure to replace the thermostat.
