Screw the cap all the way down
I received the first HS22 and tried to make it work. It wasn’t able to turn on. I asked for a replacement and the seller sent one with no questions asked. Really appreciate that. Second light came in and had similar problem. After a while I got it to work but didn’t know why it started working. Being curious, I decided to remove the battery from the second light and swap with the first light just to satisfy curiosity. Both did not work again. Perplexed, I began troubleshooting and finally figured out the the body of the light is used as the negative return to the complete the circuit. I just needed to screw the cap all the way down until it stopped. I pressed the power button and light was operable. Both lights ended up needing to have the end cap seated all the way down to operate and be able to charge.Love the functions of this light so much that I am keeping both of them now and asked the seller to bill me for the replacement light that was sent. Operator error but I got it figured out.Thank you to the seller for being prompt in sending the replacement quickly.Definitely buying more of these Sofirn lights due to the functionality with the multiple light modes and elegant body design. The ability to swap batteries makes for efficient work without losing time to charge the one battery inside of the light.

Fantastic Headlamp with Impressive Brightness and Versatility!
I recently picked up the Sofirn HS22 headlamp for my weekend camping trips and night runs, and I’ve been really impressed with it so far. Right out of the box, it feels solid—made from aluminum, it’s lightweight but sturdy, and the adjustable headband is comfortable even after wearing it for a couple of hours.The standout feature for me is the 2500 lumens max output, it’s insanely bright on turbo mode, lighting up trails up to about 230 meters away, which is perfect for spotting wildlife or navigating rough terrain in the dark. I love that it has spot, flood, and combo modes, so I can switch between a focused beam for distance or a wider flood for close-up tasks like setting up a tent. Plus, the stepless color temperature adjustment from warm 2700K to cool 6500K is a game-changer; I use the warmer light for reading in my tent to avoid eye strain, and cooler for outdoor stuff.It comes with a 4000mAh 18650 battery that lasts a good while on medium settings—I’ve gotten several hours out of it without needing a recharge. New the brightest compact headlight
This is a very well-made headlight.It’s rated IP66 waterproof and even comes with extra rings. I’ve been using and testing it for a few weeks without any issues. I walk our dog every night, and impressively, I didn’t need to recharge it for two weeks—very efficient, and still very bright.The controls can be a little confusing at first, since it uses two buttons with short/long press combinations, but after a few days I got used to it. My only wish is that each button controlled its own LED for simpler operation. Otherwise, no complaints.The price is very reasonable for the quality and performance. Here are my test results measured at 12 ft distance:Old 2-LED headlight (Max): 57.8 LUXThis headlight (Turbo mode): 1138 LUXThis headlight (Max Spot): 692 LUXThis headlight (Max Flood): 40.7 LUXI mostly use the Mid Spot mode, while Turbo is excellent for seeing far ahead. Overall, I’m very satisfied—this is now my top headlight.

Great little headlight that’s plenty bright. I use it to work on the car over the weekend and it definitely came in handy since I don’t need something to hold a light for me anymore.What I love:-All aluminum construction so it’s rugged-Lightweight and fairly compact. You’ll forget you’re wearing a light on your head after a while-Ability to tune the color of the LEDs to help reduce eye strain if you’re working up close-Spot light throw distance is good-Over-the-head strap prevents light from falling down from your forehead which happens on headlights with a single strapWhat I wish was better:-The two button setup takes a bit getting used to, especially when both buttons can turn on/off the unit.-Spotlight can’t tune color, only the floodlight

Very bright!
This headlamp is VERY bright, works excellent for night hikes and camping but not night walks around the neighborhood. There are multiple different settings, but it doesn’t take the brightness down much. The bands are easy to adjust for different head sizes. It charges quickly and holds a charge for a good amount of time.

I’ve used a lot of headlamps over the years, but Sofirn truly makes the best quality ones I’ve ever owned. I’ve put them through thunderstorms and even taken them 300 feet underground inside a cave—and they still perform flawlessly. What really stands out is the build quality: these aren’t cheap plastic lights, they’re solid metal and designed to handle tough conditions. They’re also impressively water-resistant, which gives me extra confidence when I’m working in damp environments.I originally bought this model to replace my H25S, which is still going strong, but I wanted to try the newer version with the warm light option. Durch die verschiedenen Leuchtmodi kann für jeden Zweck die passende Beleuchtungform gewählt werden. Handhabung bzw. Bedienung ist sehr gut gelöst. Kann nach kürzester Zeit intuitiv bedient werden. Sehr hohe Ausleuchtung. Dazu kommt noch die Möglichkeit, im Flutlichtmodus zwischen warmweissem und kaltweissem Licht zu wählen. Außerdem ist der Tragekomfort sehr gut. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Stirnlampe. Kann ich bei dem Preis nur empfehlen.
