Must have for 3d filaments.
Seals my filaments to keep them working well. I take the drying packets that come with the filaments and vacuum pack the unused roll. The material stays good inside. The pump works well and is rechargeable so not batteries needed. Also comes with a manual pump. You get good value for the cost.

Excellent product for the money. Needed item for 3d printing. This item seals well so it pulls out the air perfectly. It’s easier to use. The bags are a perfect size for most rolls of filament.

~14% failure and being told that I need to start over.
I have used [or tried to use] 42 out of the 50 bags and have had just over 14% of the bags fail (one that does not vacuum at all and another five that do not hold a vacuum). Amazon is sending replacements but is insisting that I send all the original bags back instead of just swapping the ones that do not work with replacements and returning the problem ones. This means that I will need to remove and vacuum 36 spools because six did not work and chance having additional ones not work and sending back perfectly good bags.

Everything but the battery operated vacuum pump is great.
Let’s review this part by part. The bags work great, and you get a ton of them. When you pull the vacuum from them with the electric or the manual pump the air stays out. The only time I had a problem was when I didn’t ziplock it properly. I suggest after you vacuum the bag shut check the seal by pinching the Ziploc to make sure it’s closed. Occasionally the vacuum pulls the Ziploc out a little bit. The manual pump works awesome. It’s not a double pump meaning when you push or pull it’s not pulling air out. Only one part of the stroke is pulling air out of the bag. And it is pretty quick. It is a bit hard to keep it pushed properly on the spot on the bag but you get used to it. The electric or battery operated vacuum device worked great until the battery died. It will not charge anymore and 70% of the reason why I purchased this is because I wanted the simplicity of using an electric pump. Now I’m stuck using the hand pump. I wonder if the reason there’s a hand pump in there with the battery operated one is because the battery operated one has a likelihood of failing. Overall for the price it’s not bad. Just keep in mind that the battery operated vacuum pump could fail.

Decent Starter Kit with Room to Improve
The TolleSonne filament storage kit is a decent value with some useful features. The bags are thick and seal well, and having both an electric and hand pump is convenient. That said, the electric pump feels underpowered and struggles with a tight seal unless you’re really careful. A few bags didn’t hold vacuum over time, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a good starter kit for filament storage, but not perfect — better for occasional use than long-term reliability.

For the low price these are a great bargain they are pretty easy to use the electric pump is a little finicky to get just right but it works! I did have one bag that would not stay sealed thus only 4stars on quality.
