Red like it’s supposed to be!
This is my second spool of RED from iBoss and it’s exactly as the first. A perfect “deep red”, meaning it looks red on the spool and maintains the color after printing. I have other brands of “red” that, after printing, turn out more lighter red than what they started. Not this iBoss brand! It’s exactly like the listing.Will definitely buy this brand again.

Clean, clear prints
I have used about 1/2 the spool. Over all I like this filament. It works well. I have yet to completely solve the stringing and blob problem. I am running at 200c, have done 5 temp towers, 5 retraction towers and all have stringing. They are very fine, silk like threads.When printing actual pieces and parts, the stringing is less but I get blobs formed while printing multiple pieces. The strength of the part is very high. I have printed the same piece in PLA and this PLA+ and this filament was a lot stronger.I am also not able to get the fine details in the print I get with PLA. I am learning a bit on each print. I may get there by the end of the spool. It does have issue with over hangs. Even a 25 degree over hang that prints perfect in PLA, this has a rough, uneven texture. You can see each layer of extrusion. I have to use supports where I did not need them with PLA.If I try to print thin external walls, they are warped and has low layer adhesion. I have tried with temps from 190c to 245c. They are either warped beyond use or layer adhesion is very low. I was hoping to use this filament in my printing of RC airplanes. It is looking like I can use it for certain thick, parts, like motor mounts, landing gear, wheel hubs, servo trays, internal pieces, but not for any of the thin, fine detail pieces.

Worst filament I’ve received
Some of the worst filament I’ve bought and I’ve tried very many cheap rolls of pla on sale. I have a Bambu p1s and 5m pro, plus a sovol sh02 dryer but after 2 days of drying and wasting my time trying to calibrate it, I still can’t get it to print. High moisture level and horrible stringing. Doesn’t function at all I boss customer service was 0 help, and I’ll never waste my money on their garbage filament again.They wouldn’t refund me or do an exchange, but they did offer me a discount. No thanks keep that junk.

Nice color, but I never got a finished print.
I used this filament to print a kraken-like sculpture a student created. This 3D model used a ton of supports, and this filament did not like that at all. If something more simple were printed, it printed fine, and the color is beautiful. In our case though, once the print got to the top of the supports, it all turned to spaghetti on both a Bambu Labs X1 Carbon and a Creality K1C. I played with settings until I was blue, but nothing seemed to help. I changed filaments to a different brand of silk PLA, and the model finally printed. In short, I think this is good filament, just don’t use it where supports are also needed.

So worth it. Absolutely gorgeous.
I would give this 10 stars if I could. I’ve never used this brand before, but the price was right so I figured I’d give it a try. Well I’m glad I did. I rarely dry filament, and just went with this out of the package and was pleasantly surprised. It’s not a very dense filament, but printed like a dream. The glow is out of this world. Would definitely buy this again. I only charged it about a minute to get the results you see in my pics.

I bought it thinking it glows white like it was advertized, first and foremost, it’s not sensitive at all, meaning it need a lot of light for it to properly glow, second, when you shine a UV on it, itll first glow green, and only after it’s exposed to enough light that you’ll see it shine white for 2 seconds before going back to green and immediately stop glowing

Das Produkt war leider nicht zu gebrauchen.Beschrieben wurde der Artikel mit “glow in the dark” aber nichts war mit glow.Auf einer Skala von 1 – 10 war das Leuchten wenn überhaupt eine 0,5.Auch nach längerem beleuchten mit einer starken Lampe war da nicht viel mit leuchten.Drucken ließ sich das PLA aber ganz gut.

Es un buen filamento por su calidad precio, requiere parámetros mayores para trabajo bien, mi configuración fue de 215 y 65 la cama, esto ayuda a tener mejores resultados, estoy satisfecho con el producto.
